Is the quiz really free?
Yes. The quiz, your #1 match reveal, and your fit score are free. The full report — top 5 matches with costs and revenue ranges, local analysis, and your 90-day plan — comes with membership.
How does the scoring actually work?
Every business model has a fit profile: capital needed, hours required, sales intensity, physical load, team needs, and AI leverage. Your 21 answers are scored against each profile and models are ranked 0–100. AI then writes the explanation around those scores using your actual answers — the scores themselves are deterministic, not vibes.
Which quiz should I take?
Starting from scratch with any budget: the Business Match quiz. Deploying $25k+ into cash flow (buy or build): Boring Business. Considering franchise ownership: Franchise Match. Same engine, different model libraries.
Can I retake the quiz?
Anytime. Your answers and life change — retaking with new numbers (more capital, fewer hours) legitimately changes your matches. Members' reports regenerate from their latest completed quiz.

How fast do I get my report after subscribing?
It generates within a few minutes of checkout — your dashboard shows progress and emails you when it's ready.
Are the revenue numbers guaranteed?
No — and run from anyone who guarantees business income. Our ranges are conservative educational estimates from operator-reported figures. Your market and execution decide your outcome.

How do I cancel?
From your dashboard, in two clicks — or email support and we'll do it same-day. No retention phone calls, no dark patterns. Your report remains accessible through your paid period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How do I log back in?
Magic link: enter your email on the login page and click the link we send. No passwords to forget.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's wrong with your report or you subscribed by mistake, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — usually with a full refund. We're not interested in keeping money from unhappy members.

What do you do with my quiz answers?

Is this financial or legal advice?
No. BizMatch is research and education. For decisions involving significant money — buying a business, signing a franchise agreement, taking loans — involve a licensed professional.
Are you affiliated with the franchises or businesses you mention?
No placement fees, no pay-to-rank. Franchise categories are scored on fit alone. If that ever changes, it'll be disclosed on the page — but our model is memberships, not commissions.
